About Barb

In her non-writing life Barbara (nee Hannah) has;

       beaten AC/DC front man Bon Scott in a drumming competition (1963)

       played the last train out of Perth 1978 (Fremantle line later re-opened),

       and held 50metre breaststroke records at AUSSSIE (45-50yr olds).

She's been a debt collector and a secretary amongst other collective nouns.

Barb has two adult children. Her son lives in Prague with his wife and three children, thus giving Barbara and her husbgand a glorious holiday destination with free accommodation. A locally based daughter and son-in-law makes sure she has people to spoil without an airfare being necessary.

Barbara likes nothing better than to tap away on the computer, creating characters worth remembering and hiding her's and other people's life experiences in the pages. She finds satisfaction in writing stories for readers to enjoy.

Barb is a member of Gosnells Writers Circle Inc. (PR Officer) www.gosnellswriterscircle.webs.com

and

Writefree Women's Group @ KSP Writing Centre.
